If you thought the latest fifth beta version for One UI 8 was the last beta before the stable software, then you have to wait a little longer. As per the latest findings, Samsung is preparing six beta versions for the Galaxy S25 series. The firmware build ends with ZYH9, which has been spotted in the firmware server, indicating the need for one more update. With this process, we could see the upcoming version next week or early next month.
Early report says Samsung could launch stable One UI 8 software on September 5th, but the six beta firmware might halt the scheduled plan. It is not that the users found critical bugs in the previous beta software, though Samsung may have another plan for the next one. Some sources also say it is because of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 & Flip 7, the company is postponing One UI 8 for the older models, so the software and its features could stay exclusive to the newer devices.
