Google is currently testing a beta version of its next Android OS, Android 10 Q. Recently, Google has started a beta program for the various smartphone users, but there’s no Samsung phone. What next for Samsung? Read below:

It has become normal to ask: “When will I get the new update?“. Well, we have prepared a list of the eligible Samsung devices. It should work like this – theoretically, the latest flagship smartphones should receive the update, as should some mid-range devices. We will update this list every time we receive new information.

At I/O 2019 developer conference in Mountain View, Google announced that there are 2.5 billion active Android devices. Google has announced that 10.4% of the total Android device is running Android 9 Pie. You can imagine the percentage of active Samsung devices. Most of Samsung devices are already running Android 9 Pie-based One UI update.

According to latest data shared by Google, there is 28.3% Android 8.0 and 8.1 users, followed by Android Nougat at 19.2% (for versions 7.0 and 7.1 together), Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) at 16.9%, and Android Lollipop at 14.5% (counting 4.1 and 4.0 together). Pie — with 10.4% — comes in fifth place among Android versions.
