It is simple to stop any workout on your Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 or Galaxy Watch 6. To stop the workout, swipe your finger from left to right on workout screen. On this screen, you can see option to Finish current workout. Tap on the Finish button, and you will successfully end that workout session.
You can use it on all the Samsung smartwatches including Galaxy Watch 3 or new Wear OS.
