In a February update, Samsung has fixed a couple of camera & display issues on the Galaxy S24 lineup. Still, many users notice various problems with the camera experience. Now, Samsung has also identified these issues and promised to bring a fix for them. The Easy Solution Manager at Samsung Community has announced it on its official wall. The manager clearly mentioned the company is aware of these problems and they are working to solve them. As per the report, these issues will be solved in the next major firmware version.
The Easy Solution Manager has highlighted these problems in camera zoom.
“We have confirmed that when taking a photo with automatic exposure (AE) locked at a specific zoom ratio (1.6~1.9x, 4.6~9.9x) in the camera app, the photo may be taken dark.”
In the US, Samsung has dispatched a March security patch for the Galaxy S24 series, but there is no sign of any camera fixes. The users should wait for the next security patch or April patch to see camera improvements.
