The Galaxy Buds 2 is now getting the latest March update from the company to improve Auto Switch function. The same update has been released for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro last week in various regions. After the installation, users can connect their earbuds with Samsung PCs or other supported laptops. The Auto Switch function works with Galaxy Phones, tablets & foldables, and now it supports laptops. Samsung has mentioned using the function, the laptop must use Samsung Settings v6.0.0 version.
Further, to use it with Galaxy tablets, you have to update the Continuity Service version to 1.2.16, which is the latest build number. Along with the auto switch, it comes with stability to the connectivity and improves sound quality. To install new software on Galaxy Buds 2, open the Galaxy Wearable app, and head to the Buds Settings option. The new firmware version is R177XXU0AXB1 and it is 3.0MB in size. The update slowly rolling in all the major countries.
