At the middle of this month, Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Flip 3 gadgets are grabbing March 2025 security patch. Both devices will not be promoted to the beta testing program, so it is better to have an upgraded firmware version. The new software is releasing in South Korea with the firmware code F926NKSS7JYBD with a little 347MB file size. The code is assigned to the Fold 3, but the other Flip 3 has also received its due patch with the same file size.
Galaxy Z Flip 3 & Fold 3 will not get the beta version like Galaxy Fold 6 & Flip 6, but they are eligible to grab stable One UI 7. It could be the last major Android update for these foldable gadgets. They are not a part of the four-year or seven-year software update policy. The latest Android 15 could be their last software, and later, they will get monthly security patches for a few more years. To install the new patch, go to Settings – Software Update – Download and Install, and hit the download button.
