Today, Samsung officially announced that the stable One UI 7 update will be rolling out on April 7. It has also stated which devices will first get the new version along with vital Galaxy AI features. As per the official statement, the Galaxy S24 series will be the first smartphone to have this privilege, and later it will be distributed to Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, Flip 5, Fold 5, Galaxy Tab S10 series, and Galaxy Tab S9 series including their FE variants.
It has also been mentioned not all Galaxy devices will receive all the features of the Galaxy S25 or Galaxy AI tools. The most discussed feature of Now Bar will officially come in Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Flip 6, Fold 6, and the other supported devices. It will also bring other Galaxy AI tools like Write Assist, Audio Erasor, Drawing Assist, AI Select, and Google Gemini to the older supported models. As Samsung previously stated some functions require hardware changes, so those features will not come to previous ones.

Currently, the Galaxy S24 family has received the fifth beta version, which is closer to stable firmware. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 & Flip 6 have also got a second beta version, but the Galaxy S23 series & Tab S10 are still on the first beta version. If everything goes smoothly, then all these beta participants will get stable One UI 7 software in April. Also, note that some countries may see delays in the update rollout, and they may get it in May.
