In a Samsung database server, One UI 6.1 firmware has been spotted for Galaxy Z fold 5 & Flip 5 foldable. It is the first time upcoming firmware captured for these devices. The new testing code is F946NKSU1ZXA1, and it is for South Korean users. It is probably the first launch in the home country for foldables. In the firmware code, the ‘Zā indicates beta testing, and the ‘Aā means January code.
The company will first introduce the One UI 6.1 version with the Galaxy S24 series. It has a long list of new features like battery health protection, AI features, and more. The battery protection function will come to older models as it had previously leaked.
The only concern is the AI functions for a camera that may remain exclusive to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The predictive date for the One UI 6.1 version for Galaxy Z Flip 5 & Fold 5 is March 2024.
